Inspired by the after-dinner herbal liqueurs of Italy, our Amaro-style bourbon liqueur infuses our signature Tennessee High Malt bourbon recipe with a blend of figs and aromatic botanicals for a classic bitter-sweet flavor profile.
Prized for their complexity and sweetness, the Brown Turkey fig variety was locally grown by chef and restaurateurs Erik & Amanda Niel.
