High Malt hops the pond. This Tennessee High Malt utilizes both peat smoked malt and naked oat malt from the United Kingdom. After more than 2 years in a charred oak barrel, the whiskey was then finished in Islay Scotch barrels, resulting in a bourbon brimming with notes of honey, toast and earthy peat smoke.
