Bourbon, meet Scotch. This Scottish take on our Tennessee High Malt utilizes both peat smoked malt and naked oat malt from the United Kingdom. After more than 2 years in a charred oak barrel, the whiskey was then finished in Islay Scotch barrels, resulting in a bourbon that is earthy, smoky, silky and decidedly Scottish.
