From the halls of Beowulf, this riff on our Tennessee High Malt pays homage to the world’s first alcoholic beverage: mead. Made from a mash containing a heavy hand of honey malted barley, this straight bourbon whiskey is first aged for up to 3 years before being finished in rare and flavorful heather honey mead barrels for up to 8 months.
Tasting notes: Buttered honey on rye toast, yellow raisin. Herbal and floral with an earthy, malty finish.
