Bottled in Bond is a single-season, vintage-dated expression of our Tennessee High Malt style. Each vintage is crafted from a wide selection of unique bourbon mash bills - all made within the same distilling season - and each comprised of at least 25% specialty malted grains. The result is an innovative approach to one of our industry’s most time-honored quality standards - showcasing depth and complexity that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Mash Bill: 36.5% SB091, 36.5% SB055, 18% B005, 9% R18016
Age: Greater than 4 years
Proof: 100 (50% ABV)
Fermentation: Attemperated, 7 days
Cooperage: Toasted & Charred Oak, 53 gallon
Batch Size: 10-12 barrels
Style: Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Tasting Notes: Crème brûlée, apple cobbler & toasted coconut. Medium bodied, with a long, malty-sweet finish.

111 Proof – Unfiltered & cask-forward. Made from a select, single fermentation of 4 grains, including 3 specialty malts.
99 Rye: Tennessee Rye Malt
99 Proof – Straight Rye Malt Whiskey made from 4 grains including 3 specialty rye malts.
Founder's: 10th Anniversary Blend
100 Proof – A commemorative blend of 3 bourbon mash bills distilled in both Chattanooga, TN, and Lawrenceburg, IN.
Barrel Finishing Series: Islay Scotch Cask Finish
95 Proof – Made with a peated Tennessee High Malt mash bill and finished in 3 types of Islay Scotch casks.
