Chatt Whiskey Silver is the "white" expression of our signature Tennessee High Malt recipe - also known as "Barrel 91". Named in honor of the complex process and character of our spirit, Silver showcases the complexity of our high malt mash bill, extended fermentation, and finely-tuned distillation process.
Given that all whiskeys must legally make contact with a barrel prior to bottling, Silver briefly “kisses” the inside of a single use Tennessee High Malt barrel prior to its 100 proof bottling. This short aging process lightly softens the character of the white spirit, while maintaining the lively, fruity and malty-sweet character that our distillers have drawn from the distillation process.

Mash Bill: Yellow Corn, Malted Rye, Caramel Malted Barley & Honey Malted Barley
Age: No less than 1 hour
Proof: 100 (50% ALC/VOL)
Fermentation: Attemperated, 7 days
Cooperage: Single-Use Charred Oak Barrels, 53 gallon
Batch Size: 1-2 barrels
Filtration: Non-Chill
Style: White Whiskey (Whiskey from a bourbon mash)
Tasting Notes: Notes of honeysuckle, pear, graham cracker & caramel corn.
