Solera Full Proof is the unproofed, unfiltered version of our signature Barrel 91 recipe, bottled directly from our 4,000-gallon charred oak solera finishing barrel. Filled and emptied in the time-honored solera style, Solera Full Proof marries roughly 100 barrels across varied ages, proofs, and char levels — a living blend carrying drops of every barrel that came before it.
