Barrel 50 is the last "Tennessee Single Malt" from our cellar. Like Batch 008, our single malt contains multiple unique varieties of malted barley from the USA, Canada and the UK. After 2 years in a charred oak barrel, it is then finished in barleywine style beer barrels for a silky, smooth mouthfeel and a maple-like finish.
