Scottish Style High Malt
Barrel 62 is the last "Scottish Style High Malt" from our cellar. Like Batch 004, this mash bill and recipe was inspired by the malty world of Scotch whisky. Containing peated and naked oat malts from the UK, this whiskey was also finished in an Islay Scotch barrel, adding a subtle, smoky complexity to the overall profile.
