Barrel 51 is the last “Wheated Style High Malt” from our cellar. Like Batch 005, this mash bill and recipe was inspired by the wide world of scotch grain whiskies. Made with 4 types of malted wheat – dark, caramel, oak smoked and chocolate – these 4 rich malts take the soft and sweet wheated bourbon style to richer, and more complex high malt territory.
