Our Experimental Distillery is where every new idea begins. As the first legal distillery in Chattanooga in more than 100 years, it's home to our research and development program, limited-release whiskeys, and the innovation that defines Tennessee High Malt.
Just down the road, our Riverfront Distillery is the production home of our signature Tennessee High Malt. Here, you'll experience our grain-to-glass process on a larger scale, from milling and distillation to barrel aging and our iconic 4,000-gallon Solera barrel.
