Whiskey Smash
This 19th-century classic cocktail, made with bourbon, simple syrup, and muddled fruit and herbs, can be whipped up with any ingredients in your fridge (or garden!) this summer.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Chattanooga Whiskey 91
.75 oz Simple Syrup
Sparkling Water
6-8 Blueberries, or your choice of fruit
6-8 Mint Leaves, or your choice of herb
2 Lemon Wheels
Muddle mint, blueberries, and lemon in a glass. Add ice, bourbon, and simple syrup, and stir. Top with sparkling water.
Summertime Sour
Ingredients
1.5 oz Chattanooga Whiskey 91
.5 oz Orgeat
.75 oz Lemon Juice
6 Raspberries
Muddle raspberries in a shaking tin. Add ice, bourbon, orgeat, and lemon, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe glass.
Whiskey Rickey
A simple twist on the beloved Gin Rickey, our version subs in Chattanooga Whiskey 91 for a tart mix of bourbon, sparkling water, and fresh lime juice.
Ingredients
2 oz 91
.5 oz Lime Juice
Sparkling water
Add bourbon and lime juice to a collins glass over ice. Top with sparkling water and a lime wedge. Voila! The world’s easiest cocktail.

Ingredients
1.5 oz Chattanooga Whiskey
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Ginger Beer
Add whiskey, simple syrups, and lime juice into a mug. Fill mug with ice and top with ginger beer.
