The Road to Tennessee High Malt: Single Barrel Collection

THE ROAD TO TENNESSEE HIGH MALT:

10 single barrels, 10 months

In March of 2015, we changed the laws to become the first Chattanooga Distillery in a century. Since then, our Experimental Distillery matured over 100 unique barrels and has changed the rules of craft bourbon.  This single barrel collection highlights 10 of our favorites from these first 100 barrels – each a single step on the road to creating Tennessee High Malt.  

We’re celebrating this journey by releasing 1 experimental single barrel per month for the next 10 months, with our final release being our new signature recipe:  Barrel #91.
