Chattanooga Whiskey Silver Release

We are pleased to announce the release of Chattanooga Whiskey Silver.

Chattanooga Whiskey Silver is the white expression of our signature Tennessee High Malt recipe prior to its journey in the barrel. Chatt Whiskey Silver showcases the complexity of a high malt mash bill, extended fermentation, and finely tuned distillation process.

An unaged whiskey, commonly referred to as New Make, White Whiskey, or White Dog, Silver is in honor of the process and complex character of the Tennessee High Malt recipe. Given that all whiskeys must legally make contact with a barrel prior to bottling, Silver briefly “kisses” the inside of a single-use Tennessee High Malt barrel prior to its 100-proof bottling. This brief process maintains the lively, fruity, and malty-sweet character drawn from the distillation process.

Expect notes of honeysuckle, pear, graham cracker, and caramel corn.

Chattanooga Whiskey Silver is exclusively available at the Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery, located in Downtown Chattanooga at 1439 Market Street.
