1.5 oz Chattanooga Whiskey 91

.5 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Simple Syrup

Ginger Beer

Garnish: lime

Add whiskey, simple syrup, and lime juice into a mug. Fill mug with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.

If you prefer your mule shaken, not stirred, add ice, whiskey, lime, and simple syrup into a shaker. Shake vigorously, and strain over ice into a copper mug. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.
