ABOUT THIS SINGLE BARREL:

Barrel #32 is the last single barrel from our first release, Batch 001: Tennessee High Malt. Like Batch 001, it was finished in an 1816 cask: the whiskey that changed the laws and made all this possible.

Barrel: 53 gallon, #3 char

Age: 3+ years

Finishing Barrel: 1816 barrel – 1 month

Mash Bill: Yellow Corn, Rye Malt, Caramel Rye Malt, Honey Malt

Yeast: Ale Blend

Tasting Notes:  Maple syrup, cinnamon toast, dried fruit and blackstrap molasses
